Like you, I know what it's like to build a grooming business from scratch. Since 2017, I've not only built two successful, fully-booked grooming businesses - starting with house calls and expanding to mobile - but I've discovered something even more important: the key to running a grooming business isn't just about being great with pets. It's about having the right systems in place and support where you need it.

My superpower? Seeing the big picture of how a grooming business operates and creating systems that actually work for busy groomers. I'm not a generic business consultant - I'm a former groomer who knows exactly what you need because I've been there.
Now, I've taken everything I've learned about running successful grooming businesses and created a system that helps other groomers find the freedom and joy they deserve in their work.
