  • Level 1 Groomer VA 

    • “Monthly maintenance groom” (daily tasks)

    • task-based, reactive, consistent coverage.

    • 90 days min

    • up to 5 hours per week

  • Level 2 Groomer VA

    • “Monthly maintenance groom” (daily, weekly & monthly tasks)

    • Handles assignments you delegate

    • proactive + organized; they execute and coordinate.

    • Ability to move up after 90 days

    • 5-20 hours/ week depending on demand and how many hours you're interested in working

  • Groomer OBM

    • GSS business operations in conjunction with CEO

    • Oversees the VA team (assigns work, checks quality, manages capacity)

    • Builds/maintains internal SOPs + training

    • Owns project management across all clients + shop launches

    • Tracks metrics (hours, profitability, delivery quality, client retention)

    • Improves systems (so delivery gets smoother and scales)

    • Hired from within GSS or coming from previous OBM experience, two plus years

  • GSS Project Manager

    • Run the onboarding process end-to-end

    • Lead client calls (kickoff + implementation support)

    • Coordinate implementation steps

    • Maintain a high-touch client experience

    • Quality control + handoff to ongoing support

    • Project based
