With Email Inbox Management, we handle the daily sorting and follow-through so nothing important gets missed—and nothing unimportant steals your focus. Five days a week, we’ll triage new messages, filter spam, organize your folders/labels, and keep your inbox clean and searchable.
What’s included (5 days a week)
Daily inbox triage: sort, prioritize, and label messages
Flag & escalate: anything time-sensitive gets flagged to you in Slack

Inbox Reset + System Build is a one-time setup where I clean up your email, build an organized folder/label system, and put smart filters in place so the right messages rise to the top (and the junk disappears). We’ll define what counts as “important,” create escalation rules, and set up workflows for receipts and tax-related emails so everything is easy to find later. Most inboxes fall in the $200–$350 range, while high-volume or multi-inbox “rescue” projects are typically $400–$750 depending on scope.
Email Inbox Management keeps your inbox organized, under control, and moving. I triage messages daily, flag what needs your eyes, work within a simple filing system, and help you maintain a clean “zero inbox” workflow without you living in email.

This service is a hands-on, collaborative project where we look at your client base in a 12-month chunk and build a recurring appointment plan that keeps your calendar filled on purpose—not by accident. Whether you want to share those dates with clients or keep them internal, the goal is the same: a stable, efficient schedule that reduces reschedules, protects your best hours, and makes your week easier to run.
What makes this different from standard VA support is the strategy behind it. This isn’t “just prebooking.” It’s a skill set honed through real grooming operations—balancing client preferences, service timing, and business boundaries—while keeping communication clear and consistent. We’ve tested and refined multiple prebooking methods and messaging approaches, so you’re not guessing your way through it—we’re building a plan that works.
What it can include
Reviewing your schedule patterns and recurring client list (typically 12 months out)
Creating a recurring booking cadence (4/6/8-week patterns, seasonal adjustments, etc.)

Investment
$480 minimum. Additional hours may be needed based on how many recurring clients you have, your current systems, and the level of client communication support you want. If we go beyond the minimum, I’ll send an updated estimate and get your approval before logging additional time.

We’ll step in as your communication support, drafting the message, sending it to 51–100 clients through your system, handling light replies, and escalating anything important back to you. This service includes Slack communication, a video call before we begin, and a full summary of responses so you’re never out of the loop.
Rolling out a major change to your grooming business—like a price increase, schedule overhaul, or new policies? This premium service is designed for one-time, high-volume client communication. We’ll take care of it all: writing, sending, replying, and tracking results—so you don’t have to stress about how it’s landing or what you might miss.
This is a 2-week project with unlimited outreach and reply handling. One message topic, multiple follow-ups, and full inbox support—escalating only when you need to step in. It’s like hiring a communication lead for your most important client update.

• Unlimited client outreach for one message topic
